What we keep, and why.
Brand Events Limited ("we") is the agency for Secret Club Society. This notice is given under the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect. When you request an invitation we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, the name of the member who referred you, and anything you write in the note. Nothing else is collected by the form.
Why. To consider your request, to confirm the referral with the member who made it, and to write back to you. Requests are read by Mark Cathro and no one else.
Where it goes. The form sends one email to Mark's mailbox. It is not stored in a database on this site, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with sponsors, charities or anyone outside Brand Events Limited.
How long. If you are not invited, the email is deleted within six months. If you are, your details become part of the members' list and are kept while you remain a member.
Photographs. No photographs of faces are taken at evenings. Any staged photography is by written consent only.
Analytics. This site uses a self-hosted analytics tool that stores no cookies and no personal information.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to mark@brandevents.com. Complaints can be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
